Acquisition, Implementation, Management (AIM). What's the aim, is it beneficial and/or achievable? Depending on the plan, such question can help stakeholders re-assess their capabilities as individuals and contributors and where they should position their energy to get the job done properly and satisfactorily. Every enterprise initiative may go through here.

With AIM, entities can be certain that all of their technical efforts are conducted to master stroke. It's reliable and sustainable from the start.

(Apply current organizational practices, policies or laws, if any. Augment mechanisms based on high-quality or acceptable industry norms that drives and guides acquisition including budgeting, costing, initiating, designing, identifying, formulating, planning and approving requirements’ specifications, purpose and testing criteria. If in-house for organizational innovation including business application and software development, what can we expect as against commercial-off-the-shelf or purchase-ready solutions.);

Implementation (Execute the plans for—the just acquired—IT solutions and services, meaning integrate and operate them according to the plans. Not to only make it work but must be made dependable and an effective way of underpinning rigorous business requirements. It must enable entire business operations, continuing improvement of processes and the achievement of organizational goal. This is where we rebuild existing but problematic computing and information infrastructure and business systems fast. If required including determine if these will be able get any organization through and get their business going without additional acquisition, though we take caveat and act accordingly for software and hardware that are currently have active licenses and those that have reached their end-of-support or end-of-life already;); and

Management (The ability to correct simple and complex nuisances (if neglected may have created a burden to the sanity of the production system). Maintain operational satisfactory performance, monitor, update, conduct major upgrade including complete migration, fine-tuning and continuous improvement and sanctioned disposal. Coaching and mentoring business owners, senior management, department heads, technical staff especially, including maybe everyone, and help make them aware of their roles in IT, and appreciate that it will work best with the business in mind, automatically provisioning and incorporating organizational policies, technology operating procedures and regulatory regimes aside from the topmost priority of any entity, the uptake and management of business system requirements as primary focus. Altogether, working and communicating constantly and be assured that business systems, IT and contiguous facilities, and emerging technologies future adaptation plans are being dealt with according to expectations and agreements including but not limited to coordinating innovation, standardization and regulations opportunities. Management, this part of AIM in particular, must clearly convey relevant information useful for each and everyone, not only those involved in such program or current effort.).

Create or develop roles for both business and technical efforts across AIM whether it is going to underpin continuous internal capacity building, external topnotch talent hiring or fulfill personnel requirements of a project.

Acceptance of output based on testing criteria which might be updated during implementation and management prior to their final mark and approval are equally applied and segmented through AIM.
